9/11 National Day of Service @Bushwick Houses
On a day of solemn remembrance, we demonstrate the unifying power of a Brooklyn community coming together as part of the 9/11 National Day of Service. The residents of Bushwick Houses and local community partners invite you to spend this Patriot Day volunteering with us.
Volunteer teams will be distributing food & PPE, conducting outreach for the creation of an urban farm at the development, and participating in beautification activities in and around NYCHA's Bushwick Houses.
TWO VOLUNTEER TIME SLOTS AVAILABLE: 11AM TO 2PM, 2PM TO 5PM
